Care
Spot clean the exterior by gently dabbing with a damp cloth. The cover is not removable. We advise against machine washing or submerging the pillow in water, as this can cause the inner filling to clump and lose its shape.
After transit, please give your pillow a good squish and punch to help it regain its fluffiness.

- How do I cancel an order?

If your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. If you insist on canceling it, you will be charged 30%-50% of the order amount for our storage costs, order preparation costs and shipping costs. This fee will be deducted from the refund of your(s) item(s).
